💰 Wage Improvements

All probationary employees move to the full rate immediately upon ratification. Annual increases:

Year 1: +5%
Year 2: +2%
Year 3: +2%
Increases apply on the 1st pay period after December 10 each year.

✈️ Airside Premium

Employees assigned to work Airside receive a $0.75/hour DA premium for all hours worked.

- Eye exam: $125 every 2 years

Paramedical Enhancements

$25 reimbursement for doctor’s notes when requested

👕 Uniform Improvements

Safety footwear: $160 (all employees)
$200 for Lead Hand Drivers, Drivers & Ops Leads
Second pair maximum: $300 (Lead Hand Drivers, Drivers & Ops Leads)

🕗 Guaranteed 8-Hour Shifts for ALL Employees

The Company will guarantee 8-hour shifts for all employees, ensuring predictable schedules and stable weekly income.
