What You Will Receive with a YES Vote!

🚀 $1,000 Signing Bonus
  • Paid by December 23, 2025
  • Only paid if the contract is ratified TODAY (DECEMBER 11)!
💰 Wage Improvements
All probationary employees move to the full rate immediately upon ratification. Annual increases:
  • Year 1: +5%
  • Year 2: +2%
  • Year 3: +2%
    Increases apply on the 1st pay period after December 10 each year.

✈️  Airside Premium
  • Employees assigned to work Airside receive a $0.75/hour DA premium for all hours worked.
 
🎉  Paid Time Off
  • One Paid Personal Day
🩺  Benefit Improvements
  • Vision Care
    • Eye exam: $125 every 2 years
    • Eyeglasses/contacts: $300 every 2 years
  • Paramedical Enhancements
    • New: Chiropodist & Podiatrist covered for any reason
    • Massage therapy: 100% coverage
  • $25 reimbursement for doctor’s notes when requested
👕  Uniform Improvements
  • Safety footwear: $160 (all employees)
  • $200 for Lead Hand Drivers, Drivers & Ops Leads
  • Second pair maximum: $300 (Lead Hand Drivers, Drivers & Ops Leads)
🕗  Guaranteed 8-Hour Shifts for ALL Employees
  • The Company will guarantee 8-hour shifts for all employees, ensuring predictable schedules and stable weekly income.
